6 Awesome Health & Beauty Boosting Smoothie Recipes

A lot of us start our days off by drinking cups of coffee or tea, but that isn’t enough to fill your stomach, so you’d end up eating carb and sugar-loaded foods like toast, doughnuts, pancakes, pastries, etc. Even if you accompany them with fresh fruit, that gets overtaken by all those harmful calories.

So, why not have fruits by themselves? Having them in smoothie form allows you to add in other ingredients that’ll keep you feeling full and energized. You can add things like leafy greens, yogurt, honey, oats, and protein powders. They bring along a whole host of benefits to you health, energy, and beauty. And not to mention, they’re delicious!

So here are 6 delicious smoothie recipes that each have their own benefit.
